Vertical machining center VTC-530C with robot (2019)
To retain our capacity on the desired level and to become more possibilities we've bought a new vertical machining center in 2019, the Mazak VTC-530C.
Main characteristics of the H400 hobbing machine are:
- Table length dimension = 2300mm
- Table width dimension = 530mm
- Table centre height = 750mm
In 2021 we've connected a frontloader robot to this vertical machining center. This robot has following characteristics:
- 4 product drawers
- total weight each drawer 300kg
- machine can be flexibly loaded with one of the robot’s four product drawers
