GTA made significant investments in its machinery in recent years. We have invested in new gear hobbing machines, machining centers and multi-tasking machines. Various machines are equipped with robots. In this way we are better equipped for 24/7 production and larger quantities. These can either be gears but also other machining parts.

A Cobot helps GTA deburring gears:

At GTA we are currently conducting a pilot test with a Cobot. By using a Cobot to deburr gears, we want to achieve a more efficicient production method. The first weeks of testing are promising. In addition, we expect to be able to bring the quality to an even more constant level by using a Cobot in combination with the chosen deburring techniques.
