Beste relatie,

Wereldwijd hebben we momenteel te maken met de verslechterde situatie in de Oekraïne en Rusland. Dit heeft voor een ieder gevolgen.

Wij betrekken onze materialen in West-Europa, uiteraard kan het mogelijk zijn dat onze toeleveranciers hun materialen betrekken in Rusland, Wit-Rusland en/of Oekraïne. Mocht dit tot leveringsproblemen leiden dan zullen onze toeleveranciers zoeken naar alternatieven.

Mochten deze problemen leiden tot leveringsproblemen voor GTA dan zullen wij U in een zo vroeg mogelijk stadium hierover informeren.

Naast mogelijke leveringsproblemen worden we momenteel ook geconfronteerd met sterke prijsstijgingen. We kunnen onmogelijk alle artikelen in ons bestand dagelijks controleren. Bij GTA controleren we bij ontvangst van een inkooporder de prijs en de levertijd, we zullen de order bevestigen met de actuele prijs en de op dat moment haalbare levertijd.

Wij doen er alles aan om ook in de toekomst tijdig te leveren, we zijn echter afhankelijk van onze toeleveranciers en de beschikbaarheid van de materialen. Mochten we problemen ervaren om onze afspraken na te komen dan doen wij er alles aan om deze zo goed mogelijk op te lossen en u tijdig te informeren.

We zijn daarnaast in deze weken druk doende om een 3-tal nieuwe machines in bedrijf te stellen in onze productie te Someren. Mede hierdoor en de drukte bij zowel externe partijen als in onze eigen productie lopen we voor een aantal orders vertragingen op, onze planning probeert U daarover zo spoedig mogelijk te informeren. Wij verzoeken U onze planning niet te overspoelen met vragen en te wachten op de informatie.

Dear relation,

Worldwide we have to deal with the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. This will have an effect for everyone.

We purchase our raw materials in Western Europe, of course it’s possible our suppliers purchase their materials in Russia, Belarus or Ukraine. In case this leads to problems our suppliers will seek for alternatives.

If those problems will lead to delivery problems for GTA we’ll inform you at the earliest possible stage.

Besides those possible delivery problems we’re confronted with strong price increases at the moment. It’s not possible to check and recalculate all prices on a daily base. When we receive a purchase order at GTA we’ll check the pricing and the delivery time, we will confirm the order with the actual price and delivery time possible at that moment.

We’ll do our utmost to deliver on time, also in the future. However, we depend on our suppliers and the availability of raw materials. When we see or expect problems to meet our agreements we’ll do everything we can to solve these problems and inform you in time.

Besides this we’re installing 3 new machines in our production plant at Someren during the next few weeks. As a consequence of this and also due to the enormous amount of work at the external companies and also in our own production we have several orders with delay. Our planning tries to inform you soon as possible with more information. Please don’t send your questions to our planning and wait for the information.
